Party Poopers's main
interest is how we can best serve and satisfy the requests of each and
every one of our customers. Our goal is to be receptive and accommodating
to your needs in the same intimate fashion as the face to face shopping
experience.
Orders
and Processing
Before submitting your order form, please make sure that all information
you have provided is accurate. This information is what is used to process
your order effectively and all contact data (i.e. mailing address, phone
numbers and primary email) is considered correct and current.
All orders placed
will be followed by two emails. An initial email will automatically be
sent with an order confirmation number after our system receives your
order online. Once the order is shipped, a second email will be sent affirming
the shipment of your order including a UPS tracking number for delivery
information and status. This tracking number can be used to communicate
with UPS to locate your order at any given moment. We constantly check to insure that our automatic email program is functioning properly. If you do not receive any confirmation emails from us, your email spam filtering system may be blocking our transmissions. Do not assume your order has NOT been shipped if this is the case. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
Party Poopers will
accept responsibility in the event of error or mistake in the delivery
and processing of your order. We will correct any problems with your order
in a timely fashion free of charge. Party Poopers cannot be responsible
for consumer error after order confirmation is received, and any mishaps
or delivery problems that occur will be at the consumer's expense. Any
corrections or changes to an order must be done by phone or email immediately
to ensure prompt delivery and handling. We cannot be responsible for changes
or alterations of order information after the order is processed and shipped.
Shipping
and Handling
Party Poopers enlists
the services of UPS for all deliveries.
All packages are shipped
UPS Ground unless 2nd or 3rd Day Air is specified.
The price of shipping
varies in accordance with the quantity, weight, location, and customer's
choice of delivery option.
Party Poopers adds
handling to the cost of shipping. We only charge for shipping what UPS
charges us.
After
an order is shipped, a second email is sent to the customer with a UPS
tracking code. Should you find it necessary to track your package, please
use the following contacts. This is a very easy way to locate your package
as it is being delivered to you.

Party Poopers hours
of business are 9AM-6PM Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday.
Orders received after our business hours or on weekends will be processed
on the next business day, and shipped no more than 48 hours after it is
received.
To guarantee next day processing, an order must be received before 12 noon
Eastern Standard time. Orders received after this point may not be able
to be processed in time to be shipped out the following day.
Shipping
Policy
1. Orders received by PartyPoopers
Inc before or at noon will be shipped out the same day in typical cases. The online
software used by PartyPoopers Inc allows items that are out of stock to be excluded
from our websites. Therefore 99.9% of the time consumers will not order an item that
is out of stock. However in rare cases discrepancies in the system may allow out of
stock items to be purchased. In that case PartyPoopers Inc will attempt contact with
the consumer, restock our inventory, and ship out the merchandise in the following days.
2. If a consumer informs PartyPoopers Inc. of a Party Date at which merchandise must
be shipped by, but the consumer chooses a shipping method in which items purcashed
will not arrive by the Party Date, PartyPoopers Inc will attempt to contact and inform
the consumer once (1) through email and once (1) through telephone. If contact with the
consumer cannot be established PartyPoopers Inc will ship the merchandise using the method
chosen by the consumer.
3. If PartyPoopers Inc is not informed of a Party Date and a package arrives later
than expected, it is seen as negligence of the part of the consumer and a refund cannot
be awarded, the merchandise can only be exchanged for store credit.
